In April 2019, Mr. Micheal Lickefett visited Jiangsu Yixing Environmental Technology Industrial Park and The National Base for International Cooperation and reached a preliminary cooperation intention with Environmental Technology Industrial Park. In June 2019, he went to Yixing Environmental Technology Industrial Park again to discuss industrial Internet and VFK-related cooperation. In July 2019, Mr. Lickefett visited Yixing Environmental Technology Industrial Park for the third time.

In Nov. 2019, this program was approved by Munich Headquarters. FPC signed a enterprise training project with Yixing Environmental Technology Industrial Park and signed a factory planning project with the National Base for International Cooperation. But as the local government supporting policies have not yet been put in place, the project contract is suspended. The contract won't be valid until Yixing supports policies and funds are in place. It is expected to start after the Spring Festival in 2020.
