In June of 2019, Mr. Michael Lickefett, Mr. Joachim Seidelmann, Mr. Florian Maier and Mr. Fan Zhi from Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, and Prof. Wang Hao visited the Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The Talent Exchange Center of MIIT granted the title of Industry 4.0 Smart Manufacturing Training Base to the Fraunhofer Project Center for Smart Manufacturing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. At the same time, the Project Center invited the head of the Talent Exchange Center of MIIT to visit Fraunhofer IPA in 2020, and both parties will cooperate to complete a comparative report on the construction of industrial Internet of thing platforms in China and Germany next year.
