Accompanied by Prof. Wang Hao, Mr. Liu Yan, General Secretary of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM) visited Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart and got a detailed understanding of the common R & D system of Fraunhofer in Germany, the cooperation between IPA and China and the operation of the Fraunhofer Project Center for Smart Manufacturing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
